MWJCA COVID Safety Plan for Rep Trials

 

o   Do not attend if you have flu like symptoms or are feeling unwell. Please advise trial coordinator via email prior to the trial
 

o   Participants are to be excluded (including spectators and officials) if they have visited Victoria in the 14 days prior to trial - Please advise trial coordinator via email prior to the trial if this is the case

 

o   Participants are to be excluded (including spectators and officials) if they have attended any of the reported case locations listed on the NSW Health website https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates#latest-covid-19-case-locations-in-nsw   - 14 days prior to trial - Please advise trial coordinator via email prior to the trial if this is the case

 


o   If a player has coughs and sneezes they must cough / sneeze into elbow, but likely should not be attending

 

o   The key principle for training is ‘Get in, Train, Get out’.

 


o   We request that parents drop off and not stay while the trial is on.

 


o   Hand sanitisers will be provided and available for use prior to, during and at the conclusion of each session. - entry / exit of the nets.
 

o   Minimise physical contact as much as practicably possible.
 

o   Players and selectors are to 1.5m social distance

 


o   No sharing of personal equipment; e.g. drink bottles, pads, gloves, protectors, helmets. Participants must bring their own drink bottle and have their own equipment - no sharing

 


o   No shining cricket balls with saliva or sweat.

 


o   There is a limit 5 people max per net (players, coaches, selectors)

 

o   No more than 20 in a fielding group

 

o   We are required to keep details of all attendees, we have these via the registration process, no need to record on the day.

o   Recommended - Install the Australian Government COVID Safe app

 

o   Please get tested for COVID-19 if you develop any symptoms.
