Toby and Ethan once again bowled tight, forcing the opening batsmen to try and manufacture runs by moving across his stumps to force a ball on the leg side off Ethan but he only guided the ball into Lachies gloves, early wicket again to Ethan. Raja came into the attack and bowled 10 overs straight which included 3 maidens, to put the Hornsby out of the match. Joel in the game again bowled 10 brilliant overs only going to 19 runs. With the game out of reach for Hornsby the Manly were mindful of ensuring the Hornsby run rate remained low to help our position on the ladder, the Manly boys continued to bowl tight, Sam took two wickets.
